COVID-19: Supporting our customers

Our call centres are currently limited in the number of services they can offer and the times we are open. We ask you only call if you need urgent assistance so we can help our most vulnerable customers. Please visit the FAQs in the drop down menu for further support.


If you are experiencing temporary difficulties in making your payments relating to COVID-19, please note: We have launched a new Payment Freeze feature that will allow eligible customers to put a hold on their required monthly loan repayments for three months.


If your account is up to date and you are not currently on a payment holiday this will be available through your online account.


If you are experiencing longer term financial difficulties or you are not up to date with your monthly repayments we have a team of specialists who can help. Please contact us on 0333 414 1083.
