Progress on your loan application
You may be asked for some more information to help us make a decision on your loan application. Once you have provided the documents, our team will email to let you know that they’ve got them, and then will get back to you with a decision as soon as possible.

Collections and financial difficulty
If you’ve received a message from our Collections team and need to call them, they’re on 0333 414 1070. This team is available from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday.
